CONCEPT PROJECTS
In addition to the administrative work for urban transformation, design and concept work continues on our projects that began in Çamlıca, Üsküdar, Istanbul, and Topağacı, Ümraniye, Istanbul, at the beginning of the year.
Right next to the Büyük Çamlıca Mosque, the urban transformation and project design work for our project, planned with a construction area of 30,000 square metres, is ongoing. Construction is scheduled to commence by the end of 2026.
It is planned to bring the architectural fabric of the region into line with contemporary standards through Brener’s architectural design capabilities. The concept study to be presented by the Brener design team is being prepared in accordance with the needs of the residents of the region and the objectives set by the local administration.
Our project, to be built on a commanding hilltop in Ümraniye, Istanbul, stretching from Üsküdar to Küçüksu and Kandilli, is planned to have a construction area of 60,000 square metres. Construction is scheduled to commence in early 2027. Urban regeneration and project design work is ongoing.
Brener’s architectural and engineering team plans to bring the region’s architectural fabric and living spaces up to contemporary standards. Preparations are ongoing, based on the design and project planning carried out by the Brener team, in line with the needs of the region’s current residents and the demands of future residents, and in accordance with the targets set by the local administration.
