Brener, with its own design team, provides a wide range of services encompassing design, planning and implementation, taking into account the user’s needs in line with the aesthetic, functional and structural requirements of the space.
BRENER’s Interior Design Implementation Process
1. Discovery and Needs Analysis
- Meeting with the Customer: Gathering critical information such as the customer’s requests, expectations, needs, lifestyle, budget and schedule.
- Site Analysis and Measurement: Examination of the site’s physical characteristics (dimensions, lighting, plumbing, electrical network, etc.), detailed measurements.
- Current Situation Assessment: Identification of potential challenges and existing conditions of the premises.
2. Concept and Preliminary Project Development
- Concept Design: Determining the overall theme, colour palette, material language and style for how the space will be shaped aesthetically and functionally.
- Layout Plan (2D): Planning the placement of elements such as furniture, walls, and cupboards to create functional and fluid spaces.
- 3D Visualisation (Rendering): Preparing the design in three dimensions as close to reality as possible and presenting it to the customer.
3. Application Project and Technical Details
- Detailed Technical Drawings: Preparation of all detailed drawings required for the application.
- Plan, section and elevation drawings.
- Suspended ceiling, flooring and wall plans.
- Electrical, lighting, ventilation and plumbing plans.
- Detailed production drawings for custom-designed furniture.
- Material and Product Selection: Final determination of all materials and vitrified tiles to be used in the project.
- Budget and Time Plan: Finalisation of the budget required for implementation and creation of a detailed work schedule.
4. Application and Site Management
- Quotation and Procurement: Obtaining quotations from contractors, manufacturers and suppliers for all manufacturing items and making selections.
- Site Organisation: Coordination of teams, organisation of the workflow in accordance with the defined plan.
- Manufacturing and Assembly: Carrying out steps such as demolition, construction, plumbing, electrical work, painting, floor covering, and the manufacture and assembly of custom-made furniture.
- Continuous Monitoring and Control: The interior designer shall conduct regular site inspections to ensure that all work progresses in accordance with the design and technical drawings. Where necessary, quick revision decisions shall be made on site.
- Cost and Time Control: Monitoring the project’s progress to ensure it remains within budget and on schedule.
5. Final Touches and Delivery
- Decorative Elements: The placement of decorative objects, textiles and accessories.
- Final Checks and Cleaning: Verifying that the venue meets the final vision.
- Turnkey Delivery: The delivery of the project to the customer in its entirety.
