Construction and Contracting
Construction Services and Brener Since 1998, we have completed numerous projects through our construction and contracting activities. We have undertaken significant projects in every field, including workplaces, hotels, residential buildings, urban regeneration, business centres, offices, and villas. Our most important feature is that we stand behind every job we do; we continue to place the same importance on completed projects as we do on new ones, emphasising continuity.
New and Ongoing Projects
In addition to the administrative work for urban transformation, design and concept work continues on our projects that began in Çamlıca, Üsküdar, Istanbul, and Topağacı, Ümraniye, Istanbul, at the beginning of the year.
Çamlıca Project
The urban regeneration and project design work for our project, planned as a 30,000 m² construction area right next to the Büyük Çamlıca Mosque, is ongoing. Construction is scheduled to commence by the end of 2026.
Brener’s architectural design expertise will bring the region’s architectural fabric into line with contemporary standards. The concept developed by Brener’s design team is being prepared in accordance with the needs of local residents and the objectives set by the local administration.
Topağacı Project
Our project, to be built on a commanding hilltop in Ümraniye, Istanbul, stretching from Üsküdar to Küçüksu and Kandilli, is planned to have a construction area of 60,000 square metres. Construction is scheduled to commence in early 2027. Urban transformation and project design work is ongoing. With the work of Brener’s architectural and engineering team, the architectural fabric and living spaces of the area are planned to be brought up to a contemporary standard. Preparations are continuing based on the needs of the residents living in the area and the demands of new residents, in line with the targets set by the local administration, with the design and project planning carried out by the Brener team.
