Urban Regeneration

The major earthquake centred in Gölcük and Adapazarı that we experienced on 17 August 1999 marked the beginning of a fundamental change in the construction and building sector in our country. This situation necessitated either the comprehensive reinforcement or the complete reconstruction of our buildings. To address this vital need, the State officially launched the "Urban Transformation" process by enacting a new Disaster Law.

As Brener, an Exclusive Licence agreement has been signed with the Korean-based DUKSHIN EPC company as of 2024. Developed as Ready-to-Install Panels, these panels provide significant time savings during the construction process.
